"Delivery was kind of confusing"
The delivery showed up late, which was a bit confusing since I wasn’t sure what was going on, but everything arrived fine in the end.

"Canceling Was Such a Pain"
I tried to cancel my subscription it was way more frustrating than it needed to be. The settings were confusing, and I kept having to dig around and explain what I was trying to do over and over like it wasn’t already obvious. By the end, I was just annoyed. I’m definitely not using this again...

"I picked this up because the trash area..."
I picked this up because the trash area in our kitchen was starting to smell awful... it worked better than I expected. It took about a day before I really noticed a difference, but the odor wasn’t constantly coming back like before. I do wish the bottle was a bit bigger, but overall, I’m happy with it.

"Shipping was quicker than I expected"
I got my order sooner than I figured I would, and the tracking info actually worked the whole way, which was nice. I usually don’t put much faith in all the polished “fast and reliable shipping” stuff companies say, but in this case it was accurate. Took one star off because the packaging could’ve been better...

"Order was mostly right"
My order come quick and most of the stuff was right, but one item wasn’t the size I picked. It wasn’t the biggest deal, but it was still kind of annoying because I have to contact support and get it sorted out. They did answer, just take a little while. Clean Boss is okay overall, but I’d definitely double check the order before they ship it next time.

"Didn’t handle the grease like I expected"
I tried Clean Boss on my stove and around the hood after cooking, and it just didn’t seem to cut through the grease as well as I’d hoped. I ended up scrubbing for what felt like a while and still had to go over it with another cleaner. It might be okay for smaller or lighter messes, but for greasy kitchen cleanup, it was kind of disappointing for me.

"A little rough for me"
I’m not sure if I got a bad pack or if this is just how they are, but the wipes felt kind of dry and rough to me. They didn’t seem to clean as well as I expected, so I probably wouldn’t grab them again.

"Feels better to use around my kids"
I like that the ingredients seem safe, especially with my kids around. It also doesn’t have that weird strong smell some products do, which is a big plus. Nothing fancy, just feels like a better option for our house...

"Pretty easy, but still took some effort"
The site was easy enough to use, and I found what I needed quickly. Still, I felt like I had to click around more than I should have, which was a little annoying.

"Actually cleans way better than I thought lol"
Tried this on my kitchen counters and bathroom sink and it worked well tbh. It got rid of most of the grime without me having to scrub like crazy. It didn’t fully remove some older stains, but overall I’m happy with it

"Decent cleaner, but the bottle could be better"
The cleaner itself seems to do the job, but the spray bottle didn’t really meet my usual expectations. Sometimes it sprays evenly, and other times it feels weak or kind of gets stuck. I had to pump it a few extra times to get it working again, which got a little annoying. It’s not the worst spray bottle I’ve used, but for the price, I personally expected it to feel more reliable. Overall, it’s just okay for me...

"Promo price didn’t turn out like I expected"
I decided to try it because the promo price looked like a good deal, but when I got the final bill, it ended up being higher than I thought it would be. I found the whole thing a bit confusing, it didn’t feel worth it for me. I ended up cancelling and don’t think I’ll order again

"Not safe for my surfaces"
Not gonna lie, I bought this thinking it would be okay to use around the house, but it left some weird marks on my countertop. After that, I didn’t really feel comfortable using it on anything else. Maybe I missed something in the fine print, but it just wasn’t worth it for me.

I tried this out while doing a quick clean of the bathroom, and at first I was happy because it did the job and everything looked nice afterward. But a few minutes later, I realized the scent was really lingering. It was stronger than I expected, to the point where I ended up opening a window and letting the room air out for a while. So overall, it cleans fine, but the smell is a bit too much for me.

"Nice scent, but I expected a bit more"
I picked up Clean Boss because I was hoping for something that didn’t have that harsh chemical smell, and to be fair, the scent is really nice. It’s fresh, clean, and not overpowering at all. That said, I do feel a little misled because I expected the scent to last longer than it does. It fades quickly, which is better than it being too strong, but still a bit disappointing. Overall, I like it and I’m happy enough with it, I just wish it stuck around a little longer.

"Seems like a decent cleaner, I think?"
I like that it says it's non-toxic, though I’m still not totally sure what that covers exactly. It’s been working fine so far for regular cleaning, and the smell is okay—not amazing, but not bad either.

"Just Didn’t Feel Easy to Use"
My gut reaction was that the site was way more confusing than it needed to be. I thought booking a cleaner would be quick, but it ended up taking forever and felt kind of frustrating.

"Didn’t remove the stain for me"
I tried CleanBoss on a stain and followed the directions like I was supposed to. I even gave it a couple tries, but the stain was still just sitting there like nothing happened. It barely looked any lighter, so honestly… make it make sense.

Maybe it works better on small or lighter messes, I don’t know, but it didn’t do much for me. For stain removal, I wouldn’t buy it again...

The box was kind of a mess when it got here, and the bottle had leaked a little inside. Not the worst thing ever, but the packaging definitely could’ve been better..
